Find the supplement that actually matches your goal.

Five questions — primary goal, age band, diet, budget, and preferred form — and we'll return a shortlist of 1–3 supplements with the evidence rationale. Picks are drawn from the same comparison pages on VitFacts, so every recommendation links straight to the ranked table, the forms explained, and the citations.

1

Goal-based

No upsells. If you want better sleep, we don't recommend a multivitamin.

2

Form-aware

We match the form that absorbs (glycinate over oxide) and the format you can actually take (capsule, powder, liquid).

3

Cited

Every shortlist links to the full ranked comparison with NIH ODS, Examine.com and PubMed references.

Pick the one outcome you'd measure first.

How the scoring works

The Finder is a thin layer on top of the four comparison pages already on VitFacts. The same rules apply:

  • Bioavailability over label size. Magnesium glycinate beats oxide at half the milligram dose; the goal picks the better form first.
  • Form preference is a filter, not a free pass. If you ask for a powder and none exists for the goal, we fall back to the next-best form rather than swap your goal.
  • Age and diet adjust the shortlist. 50+ adults get D3+K2 nudged up; vegans get the plant blend instead of whey.
  • Budget changes order, not membership. "Low" surfaces cheaper forms first; "high" puts the premium picks (e.g. magnesium L-threonate) at the top.

Not medical advice. Talk to a clinician before starting any new supplement, especially if you take prescription medication or are pregnant.
